"Call us to confirm your information" iOS app error

Hi and good day, to whom it may concern. 

 

This is my first time posting in the community. 

 

I want to forward this issue I am having in regards to when I try to login into the PayPal app on my iOS device. This is the first time I am having this kind of problem since I didn't encounter this before. Every time I try to login again and again, this always comes up. The good news is I can still log in to my account using the web browser smoothly. The error prompt appears after I have entered my O.T.P. The screenshot of the error is HERE

 

iPhone XS w/ iOS 14.4.2 (18D70) 

PayPal Version 7.38.1
