mobile number wrong on my account and Paypal have no way to correct this on the support pages

Due to Paypal changing my method of access to 2 factor , I now cannot access my account , I've found the Support Website to be completely useless for help on this matter as you need to verify your account with a number I haven't used for over 5 years , to get through to anyone on Live chat also seems to be elusive , so the only thing I can currently do is change the password I already know . 

Can anyone help resolve the issue ?
