i have 2 pay pal accounts which are both linked to my ebay account i can not access the one thats linked to my sellers account on ebay as i have forgotten my login details and the security questions to change them there is money i need to transfer in to my bank account is there any way i can access the account or change the password without the security questions?

I have forgotten my password and my security questions, also the phone number associated with the paypal account is already inactive, I do have the access to the email I used to create the paypal account though. Is any other way to access my paypal account? PLEASE HELP!

I know that it can be very frustrating if you are not able to log in. If you are not able to follow the password recovery option online I would advise to give us a call. Hello mods of PayPal, I really need your help with getting my PayPal account pw reset.
The last time I used this account was like few years ago and I don't remmember my pw but i know the e-mail of it but don't know the security QA... The online recovery isn't working for me sooo please help me....what number can I contact from Bosnia and Herzegovina and is it Toll free or not so I can be prepared.

If you are unable to recover your password on the website I recommend reaching out to our customer service teams by phone for additional assistance. Our teams can be reached by clicking on ‘help & contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page. On the phone we can go around any security checks by manually asking you for information. You can then reset both your password and security questions.
