I have a PayPal balance in my PayPal apps, and I wanted to order online. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase it even they are accepting PayPal payment. What they said, I cannot purchase using my email address linked to my PayPal. I should have the PayPal card and indicating the PayPal number or account number. Only the PayPal account number they need so I can proceed to purchase from their store. So, how can I convert my PayPal balance into a card?
Also, I already linked my Paypal to my Debit card. The bank already deducted the fees but I really don't know if my PayPal is already linked to my debit card. It said it will be transferred in 2-3 days. But it is almost 1 month now, I haven't received yet any notification from paypal.
Please help me. by the way, I am in the United Arab of Emirates.
