how i convert my regular paypal account to a buisness?

i like to know ow to transfer my paypal account to a buisness one

Click on settings next to log out and the upgrade option is on the left side of that page.

OR you are allowed x1 personal and x1 business account if you want to have 2 accounts, if so then just register again for business account using a new email address etc.
