Unable to update password

I am trying to update my password.
I enter my old one correctly, and enter the new password, not using any of the unallowed characters.
I see no error message, but when i click "update password" nothing happens. It just stays on the page, gives no message and nothing is updated.
I've tried multiple times and everytime nothing happens.

I'm glad you are taking the correct steps though sorry to hear you're having trouble changing your password.
If I may suggest, if you are logged in in a browser, try to clear cache and cookies so it'll be refreshed. Then try to log in again and proceed with the steps.
You may also consider using a different browser.
