I have had my personal paypal cash accountsince early 2019 i just rarely use it bcos every time I use the account I end up with a result opposite of what the goal was, i end up fustrated,locked out of my account, unverified, and last but not least I end up the same as being broke. I clearly have money in my available paypal cash balance but it will not allow me to do anything with it therefore might as well be broke until they decide I can have "MY"money. SssMmH🤕🥴😵🤯🤬
