Not being able to receive Verification Code on my mobile

This happened several times I am unable to receive a verification code on my mobile , I hit Resend more than once and I checked mobile numbers more than once What do I do ?

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
