Newsletter & PayPal email Language

Hi, 

I am based in Switzerland and all forms of email communication from PayPal come in German, although my PayPal account is set in English.

I assume this is automatically based on location, but Switzerland has 3 national languages, and I really do not understand a word of German. 

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

At present, I am deleting all communication from PayPal without reading.

Why not just copy/paste them into google translate and read them?
