Invoice/Email issue

I am not getting ANY emails from paypal, and neither are my clients. I had to confirm my email to send an invoice, and I couldn't get an email sent to me.  I just recieved one about your terms changing, but nothing else would come through. I had to scroll back YEARS in my inbox, to click confirm my email.  It worked thankfully, but the invoices are still not sending. 

 

I didn't get a copy, but it is showing sent. They didn't get an invoice, reminder, or cancelation notice, and neither did I. 

 

What is going on? SPAM, Social, etc, none of the folders have the email.
