I should have to confirm my home address verification

Hello!
My problem is that, I started to stream on Twitch, I've got a few donation, and I had to change my Paypal profile to business profile, and I made it. Everything is went well since, I had to confirm my address. I sent it as a picture, and waited for the response. I've an address card since 2011.06.20 and it did not changed, still the same, in Hungary we dont need to renew it, and I'have got that answear back "Unfortunately, one or more of the documents you provided has expired, is missing data, is incorrect, or is difficult to read" I tried to send it in a lot of form, but it's still not ok, can you help me out please?

(postscript: sorry for my English skill, if something is not understandable)

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
