I also notice thig problem when I tried to add my card to this new account which created today. I have already added my debit card to an other PayPal account. But I can't access it, Because of I don't remember the password and also I have delete that recovery email account few months ago. Otherwise I haven't recovery mobile number. Now I cant add my card to this new account. But I can prove as this card is mine on anyway its need. All I need is get free my card from that account and add It to this new account. What solutions do I have?
