I can't login from Thailand into my Spanish account.

Since today I can't login into my account and there comes this message.

Is it something to worry or some maintenence issue?

Paypal is country specific so if you try and access it from another account you may hit security issues.

Normally they text a code to the phone number linked to your paypal account to confirm i.d. have you got that?
