I can't log into my account. I am in a foreign land and don't have access to my funds because paypal wants to send authentication to my phone, but when I click on Receive a text message they don't send anything.
I have been waiting since 27th of january, I wrote an email to paypal, but they don't reply at all.
I am never ever using paypal again, I don't have access to my money and they are ignoring me. Customer service at it's very worst.

Well if you choose to use a 'country specific' paypal account in another country then I am not surprised you are getting issues.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Advice is voluntary.
