I am desperately trying to recover an old PayPal account that was hooked up to phone numbers which I no longer have anymore. How can I log-in without them or have them removed from the account? One time PayPal asked that I fax them...Does anyone have PayPal's fax number and/or their support email address? I appreciate any help, thanks!
