I’m trying to click accept a pending payment and it’s telling me to verify. I don’t qualify for PayPal credit, and I don’t have a bank card with my name on it but I want to use someone else’s to add money to the account. It’s not verifying me or accepting any payment. It accept the card that’s linked , but not the bank account. Customer service is no help!!
