I want to close my paypal business account and open a personal account. Since my paypal account had no transaction when it was created and zero balance. I think it is asking me to pay $ 1.50 to close the account, but how can I close it since no money at all. Now, search on how to downgrade from business into a personal account, but I don't know what to do. Please help me.
My purpose right now is for extra income on paid online surveys available on the internet.
I'm lived in the Philippines. So, don't expect me to call this paypal customer service number: +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call.
