How can I pause my account, -or turn it off and then back on later so that nothing can be charged to my account for a period of time, then later I can just resume buying and selling as usual?
Say like if I planned to have an unusually large positive PayPal or other associated bank or check card account balance for a week, and I want to be sure nobody can access it via PayPal during that time?
