How do I log into my Paypal account?

Hi PayPal team,

I have been trying to log into my account, but it just gets stuck somewhere along the line.

when I try to login and asked to verify my phone number so I can receive a call or text,

the call and text never come in.

And it always ends-up displaying "We're having a problem on our own end. Please try again later".

I need help please.
