Having difficulty adding/changing my address

I have officially moved to a new location and would like to change my billing address.

But whenever I put my address and click continue. It wont budge.
I tried different several times to add a new address but it is still the same.

also tried on the app, similar result (infinite loading screen)

Is the address in the same country?

If so then try another browser or device after clearing your cookies / cache.
