Error code 8064

Hi, 

Can someone please help me with error code: 8064

It says my email address on Paypal is not the same as the FNB paypal profile. They are exact and stuck!!

PAYPAL SA does not answer their phone. It rings 3 times then cuts off.

Please assist.

I am also experiencing the same problem.  PayPal doesn't have people to answer phones due to covid. I sent a message on message chat,  they didn't see what the problem was. I was referred to FNB branch and at FNB they referred me back to PayPal.

I hope this will gets fixed soon!
