Hello, By mistake I downloaded the business app and I guess that is why payment sent to me by another personal subject is on hold. How do I downgrade to the personal account? There is no PayPal staff available on phone or chat and via email I received just the automated message... Thank you Barbora

If its the account you are posting with now then you have a personal account.

If you are selling goods/services then you are subject to the new seller hold / fees etc regardless of account type.

You just have more features on a business account and have to use it if you are a registered business or high volume seller.
