I have sent an email to the customer service requesting to downgrade my account from business to personal. I mistakenly chose a business account when I signed up. I watched the instruction on how to downgrade the account in youtube. Unfortunately, I only got a response on how to do it which is what I did already but no update about my request even after 72 hours. I have tried sending an email again for the second time and now, this is my third time sending an email for the request. Are they not going to send me any notice if they couldn't downgrade my account? Revert from business to normal acc
