Changing my mobile number to a oversea mobile.

Hi, is it possible to change my mobile number to an oversea number? I have moved to other country but at the same time I have been using my uk PayPal account on and off, but recently I'm not able to use it as it is asking me to confirm who I am by receiving the text by mobile, which the number is no longer in use as I moved. Is there anyway I can sort this out or do I need to open a new account? if I do open a new account can I keep the uk one too?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
