Business account - question about adding news users

Hi,

 

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am having difficulty adding a new user to my business account.

 

I fill in the necessary fields - first name, second name, email, new user name, new password and then when I press continue I get the message:

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request. Please try again later."

Can anyone help?
