Authentication regulations can’t log in with old phone number

Authentication required

‘As part of the PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation, we need additional information to confirm it's really you’

I keep getting this message when I’m logging in but the confirmation is that it is asking is to phone with my old mobile number.
I can’t confirm this because I have a new phone number

Hi I have same problem. You just end up going round in circles!!! Maybe Paypal will LOSE a lot of UK personal and business customers over this problem!!!

Or maybe Hello to Olivia a Paypal moderator....do you know how to resolve this please??
