I opened a paypal account for my brother some time ago. I received a notification to say that both phone numbers attached to the account had been removed. I tried to access the account to change the password. Whoever is in the account has changed the password and removed all of the phone numbers attached to the account. I am so worried. I cannot get through to the customer services line which is closed and the phone number given is engaged. I am watching emails right now being sent to my brother's email account showing the two numbers removed and now a new number has been added. any suggestions as to what I can do. I am not even certain if i attached a bank account to his paypal account.
Really upset that in cases of fraud paypal are not available for you. It is as if they believe fraud only takes place up to 6.30pm
