I'm offering first time buyer discount and referral discounts.  Can someone please tell me how to add these coupons to my merchant services account.

Hello,

This functionality is unfortunately not available at present.

The "discount code" functionality you're seeing on the checkout pages refers to another type of discount code, issued by eBay/PayPal itself.

If you wish to set up discount codes for your customers, you'd need to set this up within your own website and process the discount code before sending the buyer on to PayPal.
