customer fills out credit card info and nothing happens

I keep getting calls from customers saying they get to the Paypal page, fill in their credit card info, press enter and then nothing happens. Sometimes it works and for other customers it doesn't. Is this something on my end or theirs. How can I fix it.

Ugh! This was happening to our customer's all day yesterday. They would enter their credit card numbers as guests and when they got to the point of hitting enter, they were told to try another card. This wasn't just one customer but 3. One of them tried 3 cards. I had hoped this was fixed as of this morning. Not one order went through for us yesterday. I hope they have fixed it. We open in 10 minutes. I am afraid to even answer the phone.
