custom checkout pages not working

I have added custom pages in my merchent account, complete with logos and colors specific to each of my websites, but even after altering the code that is sent to paypal, the page_style does not display, the 'primary' template displays always.

<input type="hidden" name="cbt" value="Wild Zoo by 123internetsales.com" />
  <input type="hidden" name="page_style" value="wildzoo" />

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Re: custom checkout pages not working

So after a few back and forths with PayPal tech support this is Resolved - Here is the solution.

...in order for your pages to show correctly based off of which one you put in the
code, you need to have the "PayPal" page set as the primary. My
testing showed that if I set PayPal to primary, it would display whatever page
I put in the code. If I set a different page as primary, it mainly defaulted to
that page no matter what was specified and would also sometimes show one of the
other custom pages instead of the one specified.
