add to cart button no working

i created a add to cart button with drop down menu. pasted de code in my website but it doesn't work.

I'm having a similar problem, but I did not do any drop-down menus. However your "drop-down menus" are all messed up as they appear as separate options rather than a color drop down menu (black or white) and a size drop-down menu (XS, S, M, L)

But, your Add to cart button works. I clicked it and it went to the Shopping cart and added an item (though I couldn't be sure what size or color).

Thanks joncow. It's true when you click the button it goes to the shopping cart, but you can't select the size and color.

If anyone know what can i do, please let me know.
