I have made merchant buttons for my site which I am still busy working on and I am testing them.
Each time I select the product and click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" links, it takes me to the Paypal payment page. I select "pay with debit or redit Card". I put in all of my correct details (twice with 2 seperate cards), same as my bank statements and I get this message after submitting:
Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card.
Is there any other reason besides wrong details that could be doing this? I am in South Africa.
My site opens on April 1st and I have to have this working by then, otherwise customers wont be able to purchase.
