The virtual terminal page won't accept the 15-digit American Express number (without dashes or spaces) and is locked in a loop that I can't get out of. I've rebooted and reentered the site, but the problem is still occurring. All information entered is correct and in the right format.
It does sound like all the information is being entered correctly. I would contact PayPal directly to find out why this transaction is throwing you in loops by scrolling to the botton of any PayPal page (while being logged in) and click on the Contact Us link.
