Virtual Terminal - Where do you enter Company Name when a buyer uses a company cresdit card?

Hi everyone -

I have an order to place with virtual terminal.  The buyer's card is a company card - where do I type the company name in VT?

Without the company name I'm erroring out (10764)

Info is similar to below.  The expenctaion seems to be that the Company name must be entered.
