I have over 50 of my clients getting confused as to where to go after they pay for an item. There was a vid on youtube about changing the button but it doesnt work. I only want to make it read click here to download. Any suggestions?

Your buyer will go through the checkout process just like any other sale accept they will be re-directed to a page to download the electronic file they just purchased.
I changed the cbt as per the instructions and it worked once and cheged the download button but the next time I go only the text. Is there any place I can get more info? The buttons are on a site with other buying options and we can add the buy button but not change the rest of the page.
