I had a subscription on a site that we closed. I asked everyone to cancel their subscriptions many times over. THe new site was made and the new subscription area went up.
I am now finding that people did NOT cancel the old site subscription, which is accounting for double charges per month to thier paypal.
Can I close the entire subscription account where anyone that was on it would be kicked off of it? I have no way to know who is still on that old one. Its been 5 months, but people are still coming back saying i owe them money for the past few months.
