When I click "continue shopping" on my shopping cart page, it redirects me to a page with only the widget I clicked. How can I redirect customers to my website (photonotecards.net)?

PayPal does have a feature call Auto Return for Website Payments which brings your buyers back to your website immediately after payment completion. Auto Return applies to PayPal Website Payments, including Buy Now, Donations, Subscriptions, and Shopping Cart. You can set this up by going to your profile in your PayPal account, my selling tools, website preferences (click update), click "on" next to Auto Return and put in your URL. I hope this helps.

When going through a test purchase, upon reaching the PayPal page(s) the "Order Summary" and "Choose a way to Pay", there is not an option for the customer to cancel the order and return to the site. Where is the setting to give this option to customers?
