I already sell hard goods on my website with the Paypal shopping cart.
Now I want to begin selling virtual products as downloads.
How do I allow customers to click "Add to cart" without charging them for shipping?

Hello whatisgalore,
When shipping is setup on your PayPal account profile it will apply to all items added to the cart unless you specify the shipping costs for each individual button created. The solution for what you are selling may require a third party shopping cart which would provide multiple choices for shipping cost. I hope this helps!
