First how do you remove " You can apply gift certificates, rewards, or other discounts later." from the checkout page. And second how can I add my own text to explain shipping handling and such?
You have very good questions, unfortunately there is not a way to customize the text on the PayPal checkout page. Really the only way to be able to customize your own checkout page would to be to use a 3rd party shopping cart that would allow you to customize to your needs.
