PayPal is not a lender and does not offer short or long term loans, although we do offer consumers the option to apply for and be approved for various credit services, such as the PayPal Smart Connect or Extras MasterCard.
In regards to using PayPal to disburse, offer, or engage in other financial services, pre-approval may be required. You'll want to review our Acceptable Use Policy and email the appropriate information to that department. Engaging in this type of activity without pre-approval can result in the permanent closure of your account. I hope this helps.
