Can I use coupon codes with paypal Standard?

which package lets you set up discount codes? so PROMO25 can be etntered into the payment page and you get 25% off??

You can integrate a third party checkout with Website Payments Standard or above.  I would recommend checking out www.x.com, our Developer's Network, for advice and information on integrating third party shopping carts that include the ability to set up discount codes.

I using PayPal checkout. For don't pay money to a third party checkout.

For use coupon PayPal want us to get a third party checkout. If we pay money to a third party checkout. We will not be need to use Paypal anymore.  I thing it is time to PayPal offer as, to have coupon box at checkout.
