Please help with Express Checkout setup

Dear PayPal community,

I try to setup PayPal Website Payments Pro Express Checkout in sandbox. I followed the instructions on the page:

In particular, I made forms the send variables to PayPal and get success responses with tockens. Then to check them I have to manualy copy the tocken and paste it in address bar to proceed to the next step.

How do I make it so that it returns the variables to a given script on my site? Do I do it by CALLBACK?

If yes, what do I fill-in as flat-rate fees?
