Paying as a guest

I set up a "buy now" button and tested it using the pay as a guest option. Because my card had already been registered, it would not let the transaction go through and told me to sign in to my paypal account. I have done the same thing on other sites and rather than telling me to sign in it gives 3 options with radio buttons. These are: Sign in to paypal, recover lost login details or continue to pay as a guest.

How can I get my buy now button to put these 3 options up rather than just not let the payment go through?

Welcome to the Community .

Let me explain what is happening. When checking out with your credit card, PayPal recognizes the card is attached to a PayPal account. When this happens the buyer will have to log into their PayPal account to complete the sale. There is not a way to get these options to show up when checking out.
