Also, I don't receive the usual notice that I sent an invoice to them. This happened last week also. I have a hard enough time convincing some clients to pay through Paypal. What's going on and when will it be fixed?
I am sorry your customers are not receiving your invoices. The best way to look into this issue would be to call PayPal directly or file a ticket by clicking here and PayPal would be glad to look into it to see what exactly is happening.
