My account just can have Fixed Shipping Cost setting??

Hi All,

Could any one tell me 

how can i setup my account to have a button code let buyer to choose country and paypal help to calculate the shipping cost?

Now i just can have fixed cost once buyer select my items.

Hello Sunniesun,

PayPal can help in setting the shipping cost for each country that you deliver to through shipping calculations, which can be found in the profile of your account. Shipping rates depend on order amount, order weight, or item quantity, and can be based on dollar amounts, or certain percentages.

We are currently rolling out a new view for all account's profile section, so to set up this function please follow the directions that apply below.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "Set Up Shipping Calculations" under "Selling Preferences." (Don't see this? Follow the other set of instructions.)
4. Choose domestic or international shipping methods and click "Start."
5. Click "Continue."
6. Complete the required information and click "Continue."
7. Click "Save Shipping Methods."

Or

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "My selling tools" under "My Profile."
4. Click "Update" in the "Shipping calculations" section.
5. Click "Start" to set up your shipping region.
6. Set up one or more shipping methods and click "Continue."
7. Enter your shipping information and click "Create Another" or "Continue."
8. Review your information and click "Save Shipping Methods”.
