My Customers Keep Getting Asked to Enter their Paypal Account on Payvment ?

We just set up payvment and paypal and we would like our customers to pay with visa or mastercard and not be asked for their paypal account number. I have verrified my card, set up a merchant business account and it still keeps asking my customers to enter a paypal account , before any visa or mastercard option. This is effecting our business since our customers do not use Paypal as much. What are we doing wrong ?

Hi,

Make sure that "PayPal Account Optional" is switched on in this section of your account: 

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-payments 

(Profile > Website Payments Preferences)

If it is and the buyers are asked to create accoutn instead of pay with card, please file a ticket with mts (www.paypal.com/mts), providing the website URL where we can test the flow and email of the account.
