Multipal email addresses and "Buy Now" buttons

Hello, this is a 2 part question. What is the idea of adding multipal email addresses? How are other people putting this option to work?

I have 2 email addresses setup on a single account to use one paypal account for my personal purchases as well as my business transactions. My second question is how can I specify what email address to send money to in a "Buy Now" button? I want my business email to show up on my transactions rather than my personal address.

Ok, after some more digging I found this. https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/sell/multiple_emails-outside however, I do not see an "add more options" button anywhere on any screen dealing with creating a new button. What am  I missing here?

btw, I realize I spelled mulitple wrong. sorry about that.
