Multi order buyer different shipping addresses

Hi There,

Is there a way to customize the order form for a multiorder customer to add different shipping address per product.

Example:

Buyer1 purchases 5 items

Buyer1 wants to ship Item1 to Alabama

Buyer1 wants to ship Item2 to Georgia

Buyer1 wants to ship Item3 to South Carolina

etc...

I need the order form to show each item in cart with an option to ship to...

Any help would be appreciated.
