Item ordered details not showing up after PayPal checkout

I use PayPal for my galleries website shopping cart. www.westlightimages.com

 

At the end of the PayPal checkout process if the client does not click on the "Return to Site" button and just leaves... the information about what exactly was purchased does not get forwarded to my "Order Manager" page on my website. I do receive an email that a purchase has been made and payment received but nothing about what was purchased.

 

I didn't know if this would be something to do with a PayPal option that needs to be changed or if the person that added the shopping cart did not set up the "Order Manager" correctly. I cannot reach that person any longer. If the client does click on the "Return to Website" button then all of the order details do show up.
