If I edit a saved button and all I change is the inventory quanity, does it change the code (code I use on my web page)?

No, the code on your web page remains the same. You would not have to change it if all you have changed is the inventory quantity.

I'm having trouble when I update my inventory in the saved buttons, it still allows me to purchase item that is sold out. This happens even though I have the "no, don't let buyers purchase sold out items" turned on.

Did you ever solve this problem? I'm having the same exact problem - I've updated the inventory, but I can still put unavailable items in my shopping bag. I'd appreciate any help!
